High cutting currents occur during flame and plasma cutting, which require a robust CNC control system. WinPC-NC Professional offers the ideal solution with its control components:

  • CNCCON axes controller

    Proven technology with clock and direction outputs for up to 4 axes, digital inputs and outputs, and optional EA expansion cards.

  • CNCMAX All-in-one control:

    An all-in-one system with stepper motor drivers, switching relays, emergency stop buttons, and other functions for setting up flame and plasma cutting systems.

  • Automatic cutting height adjustment:

    • Monitoring and adjustment of the cutting height using a THC height controller (e.g., from Proma).
    • Manual height adjustment via buttons or keyboard.

These functions ensure that even uneven materials or workpieces on uneven tables can be processed without any problems.

WinPC-NC NET with ncNET

The WinPC-NC NET with ncNET contains special technology functions for flame and plasma cutting. Its network connection provides a stable and flexible solution:

  • Network connection:

    Connection via a standard ethernet cable directly to the control computer or via a network switch.

  • Enhanced performance:

    Internal clock frequency of 168 MHz for fast output of motor clock signals.

  • Flexible use:

    Control of up to 4 axes, 10 digital inputs with low-pass filter and Schmitt trigger evaluation, and 16 digital outputs.

  • Future-proof:

    Independent of LPT interfaces or USB connections; compatible with all common Windows operating systems from Windows 7 onwards (32-bit and 64-bit).

Motor signals are created directly in the ncNET Module, making it largely independent of Windows background processes. This ensures stable and reliable performance, even with demanding applications.
