With our axes controller CPU CNCCON and CNCMAX, as used in the WinPC-NC Professional software, we offer you the opportunity to develop your own control programs and applications. This allows you to control machines and accessory components individually and thus implement your specific requirements.
The axes controller can be supplied with precisely documented commands, and you can use these commands in your own host application to interact with the machine. Our WinPC-NC control program is replaced by your own host application and is no longer required.

The CNCCON axes controller CPU is connected to a host computer or PLC controller via a serial RS232 or USB or ethernet connection and can be programmed using simple text commands. This makes it easy to implement movements on all axes, switch output signals, synchronize with sensor signals, and even perform complex motion sequences or contouring with path control.
Depending on requirements, we supply the axes controller CPU in various designs and configurations. Our CNCMAX-controllers with integrated stepper motor drivers stages can also be operated with it. On request, we can put together a special controller with the components you require.
WinPC-NC Professional
The use of WinPC-NC Professional is not mandatory for developing your own control programs. However, we recommend this software as a reference to make it easier to analyze and reproduce the operation of the interface and protocol. This saves time and many attempts.
The available programming manual for CNCCON explains all modes and commands in an understandable way and illustrates them with examples. Most machine and mechanical settings can be permanently stored in the axes controller's memory, so that only a few commands are required for control.
